**Georgian PM Reacts to EU Enlargement Report**
The Georgian government has been called upon by the EU to return to the European path. However, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze disagrees with this suggestion.
In a response to journalists’ questions, he described the call as “absurd”. He believes that it is not Georgia that needs to take a step back, but rather the EU itself.
“We’re ready for open negotiations and signing the deal tomorrow,” said Mr. Kobakhidze. He finds it regrettable that the current situation in the EU space has become so complicated.
