Georgia’s Prime Minister Attends UN Climate Change Conference in Baku.
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, is attending the 29th UN Climate Change Conference in Baku. The conference is being hosted by Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
Kobakhidze attended a high-level meeting between world leaders on climate action. He will also deliver a speech at the COP29 Leaders’ Summit. Panel discussions on various topics will be held in a round-table format.
The Prime Minister is attending the conference with a Georgian delegation that includes Levan Davitashvili, Ilia Darchiavili, and Levan Zhorzholiani.
