Irakli Kobakhidze, Georgia’s Prime Minister, celebrated the success of “Georgian Dream” in the parliamentary elections, highlighting the large margin of more than 890,000 vote that the ruling team had over the second-placed party.
Kobakhidze said that this was a sign of public support for party policies and visions for Georgia.
Kobakhidze, in a meeting with the government to discuss the results of the election, expressed his gratitude for the unprecedented turnout as well as the widespread confidence placed in the “Georgian Dream.” Kobakhidze said that the high turnout of voters reflected the citizens’ commitment to Georgian national interests and their aspirations for sustained development.
Kobakhidze attributed success to the public’s trust in the government’s agenda, describing the turnout as a civic responsibility.
Kobakhidze stated that the ruling party won by over 890,000 votes compared to the second-placed team. This speaks volumes about the public’s perception of the events, the winning team, and the opposition.
