Georgian Prime Minister Speaks Out in Uzbekistan
The Georgian Prime Minister, Irakli Kobakhidze, spoke to journalists in Uzbekistan. He said that many countries around the world are paying attention to their messages. This is a big deal, according to the Prime Minister.
Kobakhidze said that the most important thing is for people in Europe and America to understand things correctly. He believes that these regions need to be freed from what he calls “the deep state” and “the global war party“. These are groups that he thinks influence governments in secret. If this happens, the Prime Minister believes that principles like democracy and justice will be protected.
The Prime Minister also said that it’s crucial for any government system to get rid of these informal influences. Only then can people trust that they’re being treated fairly.
Kobakhidze mentioned that his country has been hurt by these secret influences in the past. He said that messages from US President Trump are “absolutely acceptable and welcome”. The Prime Minister hopes that this will lead to justice for Georgia.
