**Opposition Parties Not Likely to Win Local Elections**
The ratings of radical opposition parties have gone down even further, says Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. He was speaking in Uzbekistan.
The Prime Minister believes that these parties are not good at understanding their own ratings. They lost even more support after the parliamentary elections. Their leaders and supporters from outside made some bad decisions for them. This has caused serious damage to the parties’ reputation. As a result, they have no chance of winning any local elections.
The Prime Minister thinks it’s logical that these parties are not participating in the local elections. By not entering parliament, they already suffered a big loss. Now, there’s no point in running in local elections too. They might as well avoid another big defeat by staying out of the election. However, according to the Prime Minister, these parties will still lose badly, whether or not they participate.
