Irakli Kobakhidze, the speaker of Georgia’s parliament, has spoken about his plans for dialogue with opposition leaders. He said that he will meet with the leaders of four radical parties in the coming weeks.

Kobakhidze referred to these parties as “secondary forces”. This implies that he believes they are not important or influential enough to be considered a real challenge to the current government.

Instead, Kobakhidze chose to focus on having a dialogue with them. This suggests that he wants to engage in talks and negotiations with these opposition groups.
