Irakli Kobakhidze : Three of the four parties who crossed the threshold have acknowledged the election results. Accepting funding based on an election is a way to acknowledge the legitimacy of that election.  

**Three Parties Accept Election Results**

Irakli Kobakhidze, a Georgian official, said that out of four parties who got enough votes to enter parliament, three have accepted the results. He also pointed out that if you get money based on the election, it means you agree with its outcome.

This is important because when politicians get funding from outside groups based on their performance in an election, they are basically saying that they accept the way the vote went.
