According to ISW, geolocated footage shows Russian raising their flag above two key administrative buildings located in eastern while Ukrainian forces advance in multiple areas in .
According to the 27 report of the Institute for the Study of War, Ukrainian forces advanced within the Kursk oblast salient and Russian forces captured key locations in eastern Ukraine.
Geolocated footage from the 26th October confirms Ukrainian advancements southwest of Olgovka, and east of Kolmakov, in the Kursk Oblast.

Russian channel TASS cited Russian security forces as saying that “Ukrainian Forces have withdrawn from the majority of their positions in Bohoyavlenka.”
ISW reported that “Elements from the Russian 137th Airborne regiment are operating near “, while “elements from the 11th VDV Brigade reportedly operate near Cherkasskaya Konopelka.”
