**Serbian President Faces Backlash from Journalists**

**Journalists Reject Apology**
The group of journalists in Nis rejected Vucic’s apology on Monday, saying it included new insults against them. They stated that they would not cover any of Vucic’s events unless he makes a proper apology.
According to the journalists, calling someone an imbecile is not acceptable for a public official, especially the president. They cited the Law on Public Information and Media, which says journalists must inform the public truthfully about all important events.
