**Judges‘ Association Says President Vucic Broke the Law**

The Judges’ Association of Serbia (JAS) says President Aleksandar Vucic broke the constitution. This happened when he threatened to replace judges and prosecutors who don‘t support law and order.
Vucic made this statement after a mass protest in Belgrade and an event where eggs and water were thrown at Serbian Progressive Party officials in Nis. The JAS said that Vucic’s words are like interfering with the work of judges, which is not allowed by the constitution.
According to the JAS, public officials should only do their jobs within the law and not interfere with other branches of government. This means they shouldn’t tell judges what to do or how to decide cases.
