Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze spoke out about an incident in Batumi involving opposition politician Giorgi Gakharia.
Kaladze said the incident was a deliberate insult and part of a bigger trend. He claimed that radicals have been using provocative tactics, including insults, to achieve their goals.
The mayor said it’s time to put an end to this kind of behavior, which he called “fascism”. He also accused the opposition of lying about the situation.
Kaladze stated that the opposition is not interested in telling the truth. Instead, they’re focused on spreading lies and using deceit as a political strategy.
