Kakha Kaladze, the executive secretary of the Georgian Dream Party and Mayor of Tbilisi, stressed the importance of answering unanswered question regarding the August War. Kaladze, speaking at a campaign rally in Kutaisi called for legal accountability so that no future government would put the country at risk.
