Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze Speaks Out on Radical Actions in the City
Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze has spoken out about the recent radical actions taking place in the city. He said that what is happening today on Chavchavadze Avenue is part of a pattern of radicalism that has been heard about for some time.
Kaladze blamed the opposition for these actions, saying that they were defeated in elections and are now trying to cause trouble. He claimed that the opposition had lied to their voters during the campaign and then spread false information about election rigging.
The time of radicalism is over, according to Kaladze. He said that both radicalism and evil will always be defeated. He also stated that the Parliament of Georgia will meet next week and the government will be approved, which he believes cannot be stopped by anyone or anything.
Kaladze expressed his confidence in the country’s future, saying there will be peace and tranquility, and economic development will take place. He praised the people who supported the country’s calm and development, thanking them for their support.
When asked about opposition leaders calling on people to join them, Kaladze suggested that some may have been absent due to cold weather. However, he also pointed out that these leaders had previously called for radical actions but then hid themselves while leaving others to face the consequences of those actions.
