**Ukrainian Soldier Attacked at Military Office**
A Ukrainian soldier was hurt in a violent attack at a military office in Kharkiv. The incident happened on February 12.
The attacker used tear gas and stabbed the soldier, who is now in hospital. However, his life is not in danger.
This is the latest in a series of attacks against Ukrainian soldiers. Last week, it was revealed that Russia was behind an explosion at a draft office in Rivne that hurt eight soldiers and killed one person.
**Police Investigate**
The attacker was caught by police after trying to escape. He could face up to 15 years in prison or even life imprisonment if found guilty of attempted murder and obstructing military activities.
Other recent attacks have also been reported, including the shooting death of a draft officer in Poltava Oblast on January 31 and an explosion near a military enlistment office in Khmelnytskyi Oblast on February 5 that killed one person and hurt four others.
**Investigation Promised**
Ukraine’s top military commander, Oleksandr Syrskyi, has promised to investigate these attacks and bring those responsible to justice. The country is facing challenges in mobilizing troops due to battlefield losses and the need to rotate soldiers who have been fighting since Russia’s invasion began.
