**Opposition Leader Speaks Out Against Election Fraud**
Khatia Dekanoidze, a leader of the “Unity-National Movement”, has spoken out against possible election fraud in Georgia. She was questioned by a magistrate judge at the Tbilisi City Court as part of an investigation into the matter.
Dekanoidze expressed her skepticism towards the court process, stating that she had no hope for a fair outcome. She also spoke about the ongoing protests on Chavchavadze and Melikishvili avenues, urging people to protect their rights on the streets.
**A Comical Situation**
According to Dekanoidze, the situation is “incredibly absurd” and “comical”. She pointed out that while citizens are being dispersed and raided by authorities, she was summoned to court for speaking out against election fraud. “None of our international partner countries will recognize these elections”, she said.
**International Community Not Recognizing Elections**
Dekanoidze emphasized that the international community would not recognize the elections as legitimate. She also expressed her disappointment with the state institutions and the prosecutor’s office, saying that they were not doing enough to address the situation.
**Protect Your Rights**
The opposition leader urged people who understand what is happening in Georgia today to protect their rights on the streets. “This is very important”, she said. The investigation into possible election fraud continues, with several opposition leaders and representatives of the non-governmental sector already being interrogated by the prosecutor’s office.
