Irakli Kobakhidze stated in an interview to the Georgian Public Broadcaster, that the Georgian Dream Party, the ruling party, was unwavering in their support for Ukraine on all international platforms, whether it was the Council of Europe or the UN, OSCE, Hague Tribunal, or any other platform. He said they were “doing everything possible to provide political assistance to Ukraine.”
Kobakhidze claimed that the recall of the Ukrainian ambassador to Georgia by Volodymyr Zelensky was an insult to Georgia.
“The actions we have seen by the Ukrainian authorities are more illogical. We understand that the Ukrainian authorities face a difficult war situation, but that does not justify actions that are, in my opinion, an insult to Georgia. “There is no logical reason,” said Kobakhidze.
