Irakli Kobakhidze, the Georgian Prime Minister, declared today that EU integration was the government’s “top priority”. He expressed optimism about the revitalization of relations with the West and said he expected very intensive work to be done in the near future.
He said that “European integration is the most important of our foreign policy priorities.” He also discussed ambitious goals to complete over 90% of EU obligations related the Association and Free Trade Agreement (AfFTA) by 2028.
The PM also stated that the well-rounded plan for national development is underway, especially in relation to economic growth.
