**Putin’s Order to Suspend Strikes on Ukraine’s Energy Infrastructure Remains in Effect**
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s order to stop strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure is still in place, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said. This decision was made after a phone call between US President Donald Trump and Putin.
Peskov claimed that Russia has only suspended attacks on energy targets while continuing to hit other facilities. He added that this was agreed upon during the phone call with Trump.
Despite this agreement, Russian forces have continued to bomb Ukrainian cities with missiles, drones, and artillery. On March 20, a mass drone strike was launched on Odesa, injuring three people and damaging civilian infrastructure.
**Ukraine Denies Russia’s Claims**
Russia accused Ukraine of shelling the Sudzha gas metering station in Kursk Oblast, but Ukraine denied this claim. The General Staff said that Russia is trying to mislead the international community with fake news.
When asked if Russia would extend the ceasefire to other types of infrastructure, Peskov replied that “this was agreed” during the phone call with Trump.
**Conflict Continues**
The conflict between Ukraine and Russia continues despite the suspension of strikes on energy targets. The situation remains uncertain as both sides trade accusations of attacks on each other’s territories.
