Latvia Bans Entry for 13 More Georgians
The Latvian government has added 13 more Georgian citizens to its list of people who are not allowed to enter the country. This decision was made by the Foreign Minister, Baiba Braže.
According to an article in the Immigration Law, Latvia can ban certain individuals from entering the country if they think it is necessary for national security or public order. In this case, the entry ban for these 13 Georgians will last indefinitely.
The Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that Minister Baiba Braže made the decision to add the names of the 13 Georgians to the list. They did not provide any further information about why these individuals were banned from entering Latvia.
