**Journalist Mzia Amaghlobeli’s Hunger Strike Continues**
Mzia Amaghlobeli, the founder of Batumelebi and Netgazeti, has been on a hunger strike for 34 days. Her lawyer, Juba Katamadze, says she is weak but still strong.
According to her lawyer, Mzia is losing weight and is weakened by the prolonged fasting. However, she does not want her health condition to be the focus of attention.
**Court Decision Not Unexpected**
Mzia’s lawyers had requested that her preventive measure be changed, but their request was denied by a judge at the Batumi City Court. Juba Katamadze stated that Mzia was not surprised by the court decision and did not expect anything different.
The lawyer accused the court of being under political influence and said that Mzia’s pretrial detention is an attempt to silence her through repressive measures. He claimed that there is no evidence against Mzia, who is considered a person without any proven administrative offense.
**Hunger Strike Continues**
Mzia Amaghlobeli remains in prison, despite the claims of her lawyers that every day she spends there is unlawful. The hunger strike continues as she demands justice and an end to her pretrial detention.
