Lithuania will send its own combat drones to Ukraine before the end of the year

The Lithuanian announced the delivery of almost 5,000 combat in Ukraine, marking important step in the collaboration between both countries.
The Lithuanian of Defense has reported that the first combat drones made in Lithuania, intended its army as well as the Ukrainian troops, have arrived at military storage facilities.
Since the beginning of ‘s war in 2022, the Baltic state of Lithuania has become one of Ukraine’s strongest allies. Lithuania is third in terms of aid sent Ukraine, as a proportion of GDP. Only Denmark and Estonia are higher. Lithuania, a NATO bordering Russia is one of several countries that are preparing for a possible Russian invasion.
, under the Ministry of National Defense purchased combat drones valued at EUR8 million from five Lithuanian producers: Dangolakis RSI Europe Ltmiltech Granta Autonomy Unmanned Defense Systems. Over 2,300 drones worth EUR3 million will be delivered to the Lithuanian Army, while nearly 5,500 drones worth EUR5 million will be sent the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These deliveries will take place by the end the year.
All the necessary accessories, such as launchers, are included in the purchase of combat drones made by Lithuanian companies. Each of the five manufacturers developed a unique solution to reduce electronic warfare measures.
