Mamuka Khazaradze, leader of Lelo – Strong Georgia, appeared at Tbilisi City Court. He was there to review his interrogation protocol.
Khazaradze had already given testimony before a judge a few days ago. This happened because he didn’t show up for a commission meeting studying the activities of the United National Movement government.
The law says it’s a crime not to appear at an investigative commission. It can be punished with up to one year in prison or a fine.
Khazaradze will now go to the Tbilisi Prosecutor‘s Office. There, he’ll take part in a procedure about filing charges against him.
