**Business Owners Warned Not to Drag Employees into Sanctions**
Mamuka Khazaradze, the leader of “Strong Georgia,” has advised business owners not to take actions that would harm their employees. He wrote on Facebook that sanctioning business structures should not affect those who work within them.
Khazaradze said that tens of thousands of people depend on these businesses for jobs and livelihoods. However, he also emphasized the need to punish those who support Russia’s regime. The decision on sanctions is made by U.S. authorities, he noted.
**Don‘t Follow Bidzina’s Example**
Khazaradze warned business owners facing sanctions not to follow the example of Bidzina Ivanishvili and drag their employees and partners into trouble. He recalled how he and Badri left all business structures before any case was initiated against them. This saved thousands of jobs and prevented project closures.
**Disassociate from Russia’s Regime**
Khazaradze advised businessmen to disassociate themselves from Ivanishvili’s regime, which supports Russia. This would save their employees from losing their jobs and avoid severe consequences for their companies.
