**Leader of “Lelo – Strong Georgia” Faces Charges**
Mamuka Khazaradze, leader of the opposition party “Lelo – Strong Georgia”, has been charged by the prosecutor. He will appear in court tomorrow to face the charges.
Khazaradze is not afraid of the charges and remains strong in his stance. “Regardless of what happens, I believe that the country has been seized, the elections have been hijacked, and the country must be saved,” he said.
**The Commission: A Circus**
Khazaradze sees the Temporary Investigative Commission as a circus aimed at discrediting the country’s national interests, the military, and fallen heroes. He believes that the commission is illegitimate and is trying to discredit his party and him personally.
**Ready to Face Court**
Despite the fact that the judiciary and prosecutor’s office are under control of Bidzina Ivanishvili and Murusidze, Khazaradze is ready to answer any questions in court. He remains committed to fighting for what he believes in.
**The Charges: Failure to Comply with a Request**
Khazaradze has been charged under Article 349 of the Criminal Code, which relates to failure to comply with a request from the Temporary Investigative Commission. This offense is punishable by a fine or imprisonment for up to one year, along with a ban on holding office or engaging in certain activities for up to three years.
**The Fight Continues**
Khazaradze and his party remain committed to their demands for new elections and the release of political prisoners. They believe that the country needs a rapid reset and will continue to fight until the end.
