Khatia dekanoidze, and Gigi ugulava, have committed both a criminal and a political offense by damaging our election banner at Kutaisi. – Mamuka mdinaradze is the Executive Secretary of Georgian Dream.
According to him Dekanoidze, and Ugulava violated Article 187, second part, of the Criminal Code. At the same time, however, they only erased the inscription “No War” on the banner. Thus, as representatives of war party, the confirmed their loyalty to war.

* They have committed an act specified in the second part of Article 187 of Georgia’s Criminal Code.
* As true representatives of war party, they removed only the inscription “No To War”, thus confirming their loyalty towards the war!

Mamuka Madinaradze posted a message on social media. “Now, the only thing that they should miss is the fact that it may be cleaned and the pain will not come out, but the injury”, she wrote.
