Mamuka Mdinaradze said that both Gakharia, and Khazaradze, today, represent a greater danger to Georgian society, than the old wing, which is known to everyone, of the “National Movement”.
Mamuka Madinaradze said that Gakharia’s mission as a member of the “Georgian Dream team” was to overthrow government. He had to prove that the state institutions are completely broken. Khazaradze is, according to the executive secretary of ruling party, a longtime ally of “National Movement”, also known as the “cashier” and owner of businesses that they steal from people.
“We have repeatedly told our public that the opposition of today is totally dependent on external directives, and only acts on orders and instructions from outside the country. We can call them a collective agent, since only the party logos and election numbers distinguish them, but they are all the same when it comes to content and anti-Georgian objectives.
In the case Saakashvili & Gvaramia everything is clear. They are so burdened with the sins of their past that, aside from people unconsciously inlove with the oppressive government, they cannot support a neutral vote. Even here, owners tried to push “National Movement”, a bloody brand into the background and replace them with new faces, Gvaramia Melia Japaridze Khoshtaria. The party number 5 almost completely dismantled regional offices and transferred the to Gvaramia. But they are all so close and brought up in crime that they cannot deceive people.
The creators of the Georgian misfortunes between 2003 and 2012, they were slowly and methodically transformed into silent executors.
On the other hand these inexperienced, but ambitious, pseudo-liberal values individuals were the best material at the time for bosses. Saakashvili’s team and he could not have imagined when they came to power that they would be faced with the most difficult tasks. They had to start a war and accuse their own military of crimes of war.
This group of young people who, at first, may have had a positive attitude, failed to manage society and country. Inexperienced people, blinded and manipulated by the power of the government, used simple but cruel management methods. The “national movement” used torture, murder, intimidation and business racketeering to enslave people and create fear. As you may remember, this was followed by the protests of the Georgians on November 7, and the early elections that Saakashvili celebrated despite the loss as a victory, and then engulfed Georgia in flames of war.
The National Movement regime is without any justification. However, it’s also true that they were involved in a dirty and criminal adventure against their motherland, and only signed the dirty and criminal cases at the end. Saakashvili’s gang and Saakashvili themselves had no idea in 2003 how difficult the tasks they were going to have to complete. This circumstance could even be a mitigating factor in the trial for the “National Movement” government.
To mislead people, the owners of this collective agency have been working hard to present the parties Khazaradze & Gakharia as if they were separate from the “National Movement”, and represented a third, new political center. This collective agency’s main goal is to create in the public’s eyes a new political force that will be able to replace the discredited and compromised “National Movement”.
Mamuka Khazaradze, a longtime ally of “National Movement”, is the owner of businesses that they steal from people. When Kezerashvili Adeishvili, and other butchers robbed Georgian businessmen at night, the shares were redacted by notaries on Khazaradze. There are many things you can do here. Khazaradze was the one who reformed Elite-Electronics at that time. Its owner was taken by the National Movement regime. Khazaradze reformed “Constanta”, a bank that was also taken by the regime from its owners. Khazaradze is also responsible for the “Magnat” case, whose owner was arrested after he refused to comply with the regime. His multi-million dollar property and business were also transferred to him. He is responsible for the fate of tens and thousands of Georgians who were evicted, had their property taken away, and their families were left on Georgia’s streets. Mamuka Khazaradze, along a few privileged entrepreneurs, became richer indefinitely while the regime robbed and killed people in the streets. Saakashvili rewarded him for his loyalty with the Presidential Order of Excellence. Khazaradze is now silently obeying their owners, just as Saakashvili and Gvaramia are. Khazaradze is aware of the tasks he’ll be given by his owners. He knows that if by some miracle he comes to power the country will be engulfed with war flames, but he did not let this stop him from committing this betrayal. This person is more dangerous and unacceptable than “National Movement” who, with his experienced agents try to deceive the people as if they have nothing to do with outside forces or his beloved previous government.
Gakharia is no different. In fact, it may be even more obvious. Gakharia’s chronology and chain of decisions easily proves that he is not different from other members of collective agencies. He receives orders from the owner and obeys them without saying a word. During his time in key positions within the “Georgian Dream” government, he repeatedly tried to damage the image of the Government. This was done in accordance with an assignment he received from outside of the country. Everyone suddenly remembers that they rushed into nightclubs in order to arrest drug dealers. However, the dealers were nowhere to be found. Instead, the government was found guilty as well as the police. He apologized to the protesters in the name and on behalf of the policemen, and he damaged the image and reputation of law enforcement officers. In Pankis, near the site of the hydroelectric power plant that was to be built for the country, the special forces and local population deliberately fought each other, insulting the special purpose squad, which had been given a specific task. He carried out a special operation without the consent of the relevant people. You may remember that the people in Mestia were surrounded by police. If it weren’t for the quick response from other government representatives, this conflict could have resulted in casualties. Gakharia’s goal was the same as in the previous case: to discredit police in the eyes the public. Gakharia’s treacherous actions include the Chorchana incident. The National Movement was not aware of this incident. In order to avoid any disagreement with any of the members of the team or, more specifically, with the relevant officials, a checkpoint was set-up near the occupied territories, on the instructions of their owners, at the dividing lines. He organized a provocation that was unheard of, and the Russian response was harsh:
The occupiers took their place and opened three times more checkpoints. They also took over a larger area. The people of Chorchana lost the forest that they had enjoyed in the past, while the state’s reputation was damaged. The main purpose of this provocation was to artificially trigger a new armed conflict, which would most probably escalate into a war on a large scale. This action can be viewed as a miniature of a possible provocation that he would do if he got into trouble with the Government. The events of June 20 were also a key moment. You will all remember that the police positioned themselves in front of parliament in a way that an encounter with aggressive protesters would be inevitable. This was followed by rubber bullets. Gakharia’s main task was to discredit both the government and police. He succeeded in this at that point.
A person will naturally ask – how was it possible that he was promoted to Prime Minister from the Ministry of Internal Affairs? You might ask this question. It’s not a simple answer, but we can see it as a tribute from our side to Gakharia’s owners. This decision was important to the “Georgian Dream’ team because Gakharia had resigned at the time from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The system, that should be the face for the country, was deliberately destroying its reputation through the above-mentioned provocations. It is also important to note that these forces supported Gakharia. If not, then our team remains accountable to them and we do our best to avoid a conflict.
Gakharia’s task to overthrow government was clear after he resigned as Prime Minister due to the then-chairman of the “National Movement”, Nikanor Meelia. He had to prove that the state institutions are completely broken. The Ministry of Internal Affairs shouldn’t have been able enforce the law. That is, they shouldn’t have arrested Melia. Gakharia pleaded hysterically for 2 days. This was the same time period that Saakashvili had to sneak into the country via ferry before the 2021 elections. I can add that you can remember where Saakashvili hid at the time.
Gakharia’s plan and that of his patrons were not only deciphered, but also prevented and avoided provocation. In summary, we can say that Saakashvili, his team, and the bosses were gradually put to task and committed many brutal crimes in front of Khazaradze and Gakharia. They accept the task, despite the fact that they are aware of its seriousness. Imagine that both of them today represent a greater danger to the Georgian society than their old wing, which is well known. One of the main tasks is to wash away the criminal history of the National Movement, or, in jargon terms, “break” them legal, as the task assigned to them.
We urge the public once again to remember and analyze the facts that I have listed. Saakashvili is managed by one person. Mdinaradze said that even though two of these parties are unlikely to cross the threshold, each vote for any of these four agencies is a threat to the future of our country.
