**Explosion in Dnipro**
A deadly explosion happened near a military recruitment center in the city of Dnipro on December 14. One person was killed and several others, including two police officers, were hurt.
The local police and Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) said they caught a suspect linked to Russia. The man is 37 years old and had been convicted before.
