Margus Tsahkna, during my meeting with Salome Zurabishvili I stressed that we are increasingly concerned about how the “Georgian Dream”, which undermines democracy and violates human rights, is being implemented.  

Estonia Concerned About Georgia’s Democracy

The Estonian Foreign Minister, Margus Tsahkna, met with Georgia’s President Salome Zurabishvili. He expressed his concern about the government “Georgian Dream” and its actions in Georgia.

Tsahkna said that he is worried about how “Georgian Dream” is affecting democracy and human rights in the country. He also mentioned that Estonia supports Georgia’s democratic forces and will continue to stand with them.

The Estonian Minister emphasized that his country is closely watching the situation in Georgia and is concerned about the government’s actions.
