Sanctions Against Georgian Leader Suggested
Marko Mikhelsson, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee in Estonia’s parliament, is calling for European countries to take action against Bidzina Ivanishvili.
Mikhelsson believes that European countries should follow the example set by the Baltic states and the United States. He thinks they should impose sanctions on Ivanishvili and other powerful individuals in Georgia.
The Estonian politician made his suggestions on social media, using the hashtag “Day 31”. This implies that he is referring to a specific event or situation occurring over several days.
