The US is exploring ways to continue arming Ukraine without increasing U.S. spending significantly. One approach under discussion is encouraging European allies to purchase more American weapons for Kyiv.
**Ukraine’s President to Meet with US Officials**
President Volodymyr Zelensky will lead Ukraine’s delegation at the Munich Security Conference this week. He is expected to meet with US officials, including Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
**Russian Drones Attack Ukraine Overnight**
Overnight, Russia launched 124 Shahed-type combat and decoy drones. Ukrainian air defenses successfully shot down 57 drones across 11 oblasts, while 64 others were lost without causing damage.
