The students claim that many people experienced symptoms such as dizziness, vomiting, and ringing in the ears after the protest. Some also reported malfunctioning heart rhythm monitoring devices and orthopedic injuries. However, the Emergency Center denied these claims, saying that everything is normal and emergency rooms are not overcrowded.

But medical students say they witnessed patients being refused medical help if they reported symptoms experienced during the protest. They claim that intake forms were marked with “PROTEST” and patients were told they couldn’ be examined. This, they say, is an unacceptable that goes against all ethical principles of medicine.

The protesting students acknowledged that most Emergency Center staff are not involved in these incidents and thanked those who do their jobs honorably. They demand accurate information about the number of patients who sought help at the Emergency Center with the mentioned symptoms following the protest.
