**Ukrainian Forces Hit Russian Oil Depot**
Last night, Ukrainian forces attacked a Russian oil depot in Engels, Saratov Oblast. This was reported by the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
The target was the Kristal Plant, which supplies fuel to the nearby Engels-2 airbase. The military said that this operation was carried out jointly with other units.
**Russian Authorities Respond**
Russian authorities had already reported a drone attack in the area before the Ukrainian statement. Footage of the burning oil facility circulated on social media.
**No Injuries Reported**
Saratov Oblast Governor Roman Busargin said that Ukrainian drone debris struck an industrial facility around 5:30 am local time. He claimed that there were no injuries as a result of the attack.
**Russia’s Defense Ministry Responds**
Russia’s Defense Ministry said that 11 Ukrainian attack drones were downed over Saratov Oblast. However, no information was available about the extent of the damage caused.
