**Sweden to Help Ukraine with Drone Production**
Ukraine’s Defense Ministry made an announcement on November 22. They said that Sweden has agreed to help finance the production of long-range drones for Ukraine.
This decision was made during a visit by Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov to Sweden. He met with his Swedish counterpart, Pal Jonson. The two defense ministers talked about plans for military aid to Ukraine in 2025. They also discussed equipment for military units.
Ukraine’s defense minister said that this partnership is not just about helping each other, but also about keeping everyone safe. He added that the plans are almost ready and will be finalized soon.
In early November, Sweden announced a new package of help worth 9 million euros. This included two vessels to improve maritime security in Ukraine.
