Matt Western, Member of Parliament representing Warwick and Leamington, has joined a group of volunteers driving four ambulances filled with aid to the border with . The convoy, organized by the local Polish community, has been travelling about 600 miles per day since Sunday and is expected to arrive Wednesday afternoon. According to Mr Western, the journey has been challenging due to the heavy rain and difficult driving conditions. However, he remains determined to support the people, especially as colder weather approaches. He emphasized the importance of continued support for Ukraine during this conflict, as they face their third winter with low supplies and ongoing attacks.

Once the ambulances reach their destination near the border, they will be handed over to the Ukrainian for further use. Mr Western expressed his admiration for the local Polish community, who have delivered over 30 vehicles since the conflict began.
