European Parliament Member Backs Salome Zurabishvili
The European Parliament member from France, Nathalie Loiseau, has expressed support for Salome Zurabishvili in the current Georgian presidential election.
Loiseau made her statement on social media. She said that the Georgian Parliament’s decision to elect a new president is unfair and undemocratic. According to Loiseau, this decision was influenced by rigged elections.
The French MEP also mentioned that many Georgians are protesting every day to show their commitment to democracy and Europe.
Loiseau stated her full support for Salome Zurabishvili, who she believes represents the aspirations of the Georgian people.
