Georgian Football Team Celebrated
The acting governor of the National Bank of Georgia, Natia Turnava, met with the country’s national football team. She gave them special coins to celebrate their good performance at a big European football tournament.
These coins are made by the National Bank of Georgia as a way to honor and show pride in the team’s success. They were designed together with the Georgian Football Federation.
The coins have a picture on them of a horseman fighting a dragon, which means victory over fear and weakness. More information about buying these special coins will be shared soon.
