**Russia Changes Military Medical Rules**
The Russian Ministry of Defense wants to change how they examine people for military service. They want to make it easier to conscript people who have certain health problems.
These problems include:
* Psychosis (when a person’s mind is not working correctly)
* High blood pressure
* Syphilis (a sexually transmitted disease)
Currently, people with these conditions are not allowed to join the army because they are considered too sick. But now, they might be able to join if their condition is not very bad.
**Tighter Rules for Getting Out of Service**
The Ministry also wants to make it harder for soldiers to leave the army due to health reasons. If a soldier gets hurt or develops a health problem while in service, they can normally ask to get out. But now, this might not be possible even if their condition worsens.
**Why Are These Changes Being Made?**
The Ministry says these changes are being made to improve how they check the health of soldiers. They want to make sure soldiers can do their jobs without getting hurt. They also mention that these rules will help them in the war against Ukraine.
