**Opposition Leaders Call for Blockades Against Regime**
Nika Gvaramia, a leader of the coalition “For Change,” spoke out at a protest in Tbilisi. He said that anything that keeps the current regime alive should be blocked.
According to Gvaramia, people are the only force that authoritarianism truly fears. He believes that by blocking roads and other important areas, the opposition can hurt the regime’s power. “They’re telling us where it hurts,” he said. “We’ll be there and make it hurt even more.”
Gvaramia emphasized that fighting for independence is more important than avoiding criminal charges. He thinks that people have the right to resist a government that they see as unfair.
