**Georgian Citizens Protest Against Government**
People in Georgia are taking to the streets to protest against their government. Nino Dolidze, a leader of the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy, spoke about the protests.
“Why don’t you come and see what’s happening?” she said. “Don’t believe everything you hear.”
**Russian Intelligence Spreads False Information**
Russia says it has information that the European Union is paying people to protest against the government. According to Russia, each person being paid 120 euros per day.
This information comes from the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service. Dolidze said this was not new for Russia.
“We’ve seen similar statements during election time,” she said. “What’s unfortunate is that some Georgian politicians are spreading these false messages.”
**Opposing Disinformation**
Dolidze emphasized the importance of getting accurate information about what’s happening in Georgia. She invited people to attend a protest and see for themselves why people are protesting.
“Don’t trust any information,” she said. “Come and see what’s really happening.”
