**Judge’s Decision Questioned**
A lawyer says the system wants to convict a woman without evidence. Nona Kurdovanidze, Mzia Amaghlobeli’s lawyer, made this claim on social media.
**Case Background**
Mzia Amaghlobeli was fined 2000 GEL for an administrative offense. The fine was given by Judge Salikh Shainidze. This decision is being questioned because there is no evidence to prove that Mzia committed any offense.
**Judge’s Tactics Questioned**
Kurdovanidze says that Judge Shainidze created the impression of a fair hearing during the trial. He asked questions, gave remarks, and even seemed to be “irritating” law enforcement representatives. However, this did not stop the judge from making a decision that favored the system.
**Evidence Missing**
There is no evidence in the case to prove that Mzia committed an offense. The Ministry of Internal Affairs falsified documents, a police witness lied in court, and videos were presented as evidence that could not possibly justify Mzia’s punishment.
