According to Nona Qurdovanidze of the Association of Young Lawyers of Georgia (AJLG), the Court of Appeal is still considering lawsuits relating to the violation of the secrecy of voting during the parliamentary election.
Qurdovanidze explained to “InterpressNews” that GYLA had made several motions, including to postpone, divide, and remove the judges. But it was not satisfied.
“There were several technical breakdowns.” Qurdovanidze says that the process has now reached the clarification stage.
