North Korean FM meets Putin in Moscow

On November 4, Choe Son Hui, the North Korean Minister, met with Vladimir Putin, the Russian President in Moscow as Choe continues his state visit to Russia.
Choe’s trip comes at a time when 11,000 North Korean soldiers are reportedly preparing for combat alongside Russian forces within the Kursk Oblast.
