Ukraine’s Largest Delivery Company Expands Network in 2024
Nova Poshta, Ukraine’s biggest private delivery company, has invested Hr 1.8 billion ($43 million) to expand its network across the country. This investment is a 35% increase from 2023.
The company opened 1,747 new branches and installed 8,410 self-service package lockers in 2024. Nova Poshta now has 37,210 service points across Ukraine. It is the country’s most popular parcel delivery service, operating in over 10,000 cities and towns.
Nova Poshta expanded its network near the front lines despite the risks. The company opened 1,214 service points primarily in the eastern Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts. This was part of a larger effort to provide services to soldiers and volunteers sending goods to the front lines.
Nova Poshta also invested Hr 32 million ($764,838) to open its first barrier-free branch in Kyiv. The branch has an accessible design with features such as a digital assistant, adapted furniture, and automated doors with sound beacons.
In 2024, Nova Poshta delivered a record 480 million packages, including 19 million international parcels. This is an 86% increase from the previous year. Most often ordered goods came from China, the U.S., Poland, the U.K., and other countries.
Nova Poshta plans to invest Hr 1.2 billion ($28 million) in 2025 to open 11,000 more service points and improve older ones. The company now operates in several European countries, including France, the U.K., Spain, Poland, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, and others.
