A man was shot and killed on Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi. Another person with him was hurt.
People who saw the shooting said they heard five or more gunshots. Some of those shots hit a nearby café’s windows.
Police and emergency help are at the scene.
The police are investigating the death as a planned murder. They are also looking into why the shooter had a gun.
