Paata Manjgaladze, Secretary General of Strategy Builder, was speaking to journalists about the statement made by Salome Zurabishvili, the fifth President of Georgia.
Manjgaladze said that coordination is good, but what’s more important is showing real unity to achieve victory. He emphasized that his organization supports this kind of unity, and that it’s not just about coordinating efforts, but about working together towards a common goal.
There are two main sides in the current situation: Georgian Dream on one side, and patriots of Georgia on the other. Manjgaladze said that Strategy Builder is focused on achieving early parliamentary elections.
The organization has three main goals:
* Protests should continue to grow and become more widespread, starting from March 31.
* International sanctions against people who commit violence against Georgian citizens should increase in number and severity.
* The regime’s abusers should face discomfort within the country, leading to their isolation.
Manjgaladze believes that if these goals are achieved, they will force the regime to compromise with the people. He sees this as the key to achieving early parliamentary elections and creating a better future for Georgia.
