PM meets with Vice President of European Commission

Maros Sefcovic is the Vice of Commission. He met today with Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili who is currently in Brussels.
The meeting at the European Commission was centered on the results of the recent Eastern Partnership Summit as well as Georgia’s progress towards European integration.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed that Georgia’s European choice, and aspirations are irreversible. This is evidenced by Georgia’s Government’s intention to file application to join the EU in full in .
During the meeting the of the European Commission and the Head of Georgian government discussed some of key issues on the agenda -EU relations. They also discussed the implementation of the Association Agreement, the DCFTA and ongoing reforms, as well as new directions for future cooperation, such energy security and Georgia’s potential to generate .
