Georgia’s Prime Minister Speaks at Regional Conference
Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili spoke at the 22nd Annual Ministerial Conference of the Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation program. He welcomed guests and thanked those involved in the conference.
Georgia took on a new role in 2023, chairing the regional program. The Prime Minister is proud that this responsibility was completed successfully. In 2024, Georgia will host the 57th Annual Meeting of the Asian Development Bank.
The Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation program and the Asian Development Bank have helped promote economic development in the region. Since Georgia joined the program in 2016, around $3 billion has been invested in the country. This investment has played a crucial role in promoting regional development.
