**Police Raid NGOs in Serbia**
The police in Belgrade have raided the offices of two non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that monitor democracy. The raid happened on Tuesday.
According to reports, the CRTA and Civic Initiatives NGOs were being investigated for possibly misusing funds from USAID. This is an American government agency that helps other countries with development projects.
The investigation started because the US President, Donald Trump, said in the past that some of the money given by USAID was not used correctly. The police are looking into this and want to know if any of the money was used for things it shouldn’t be used for.
