**US Allows Ukraine to Strike Russia with Long-Range Missiles**
French President Emmanuel Macron has praised US President Joe Biden‘s decision to let Ukraine use American long-range missiles to attack targets in Russia. This move was made despite Western countries previously restricting the use of such weapons.

**First Strikes Made**
Since the ban lift, Ukrainian forces have struck a strategic Russian ammunition depot in Bryansk Oblast. This was the first time Ukrainian forces used US-made ATACMS ballistic missiles to hit a military target inside Russia.
The strikes caused multiple explosions and significant damage. This marks a significant shift in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
