Kobakhidze also mentions the need for a “sincere discussion”.
In an interview with Sky TV, Kobakhidze stated: “If someone convinces me that transparency or any law does not conform to legal principles or European spirit, then we are prepared to review any decision relevant, but a sincere conversation is required for this.”
